All applicants are responsible for their own visas, should they be required. Please check with your local Spanish embassy for your country's visa requirements. As soon as your application has been proven successful, Harbour.Space issues an official personalized admission letter necessary for visa purposes. Student visas usually take more than six weeks to process so we strongly recommended to apply as soon as possible – allowing enough processing time.

Prior to joining the summer school, all participants will be required to submit a short CV, photo and personal project idea.
Places are limited and the application process is highly competitive, early applicants have more chances to be enrolled.
Tech Scout students represent a broad range of ages, lifestyles, and training (most have no previous math and computer science experience), and this contributes to a challenging environment. Barcelona is one of the greatest cultural capitals of the world. It boasts the architectural genius of Gaudí scattered across town, many museums, galleries and cultural events, along with its rich history and cosmopolitan feel. Today the bustling cultural hub is one of the best places for students to broaden their horizons. Join up with the locals and enjoy some sports on the beach during the amazing summer season.
SCHEDULE
Students will work on one short, tangible innovation project, based upon a personal or group idea, which allows the them to put into practise what they have learned in the foundational courses.
This will involve one-on-one guidance from professional instructors and tutors, group discussions and reviews, training sessions in technical and soft skills, and individual presentations to instructors and guest professionals.
Participants will do field trips to professional firms and startups in the Barcelona area, and view first-hand the region’s landmark examples of innovative organizations and their leaders within this growing ecosystem.
We believe that education should be made available to every student who has an unstoppable drive to better themselves.
That’s why all proceeds from this summer school will be used to sponsor the winners of international tournaments in math and computer science, those of whom wish to attend, but cannot afford this program.
We have identified many such gifted children in need of financial support, who would be brilliant study partners for children from more affluent backgrounds. By joining this camp, you are directly helping such talented children, strictly based on merit, to get access to education, regardless of their financial background.
We are excited and confident that it will be a great gift of friendship that will last a lifetime, a friendship born out of the thirst for knowledge.
