Srilekha has 15+ years of experience in working on maturing and scaling organisations (LinkedIn). She is a Computer Science graduate, worked as a Software Engineer and management and got tired of the silos in software development and wanted to fix it. She leads Augmented Reality Engineering Program & Portfolio Management at Google. Before that, she was managing G Suite Enterprise Platform Portfolio of Programs. Prior to Google, she was the Director of Program Management for UnitedHealth Group supporting the OptumInsight engineering organisation.
Outside Google, Srilekha volunteers as Board of Director of PCs For People, a non-profit, helping bridge the digital divide in the community by providing necessary tools in the hands of low-income individuals. After living in Minnesota, the land of 10000 lakes, she recently moved to California, the Silicon Valley, with her family.
