FROM 2 FOUNDERS
TO 100 EMPLOYEES
MIKHAIL
KUDINOV

We offer innovative university degrees taught in English by industry leaders from around the world, aimed at giving our students meaningful and creatively satisfying top-level professional futures. We think the future is bright if you make it so.

Combinatorics and graph theory lay at the heart of discrete mathematics and computer science. In the course, we begin with a brief review of the fundamentals of combinatorics---counting, permutations, binomial coefficients, and the pigeonhole principle---and then devote most of the course to the fundamentals of graph theory. We cover the most common definitions and ideas of graph theory, proving important theorems and introducing important algorithms, but mostly aiming to simply establish the common language of discrete mathematics and computer science.

Mikhail Kudinov, a serial entrepreneur, has more than 15 years of experience in IT. He will be sharing his experience in building B2B company from 2 founders to 100 employees.

Mikhail is the CCO and co-founder of VeeRoute. Company is developing the logistics platform that combines a number of features essential for day-to-day routing, scheduling and planning, as well as for long-term forecast planning and optimization. The core of the platform is based on machine learning configuration algorithms with the main focus on solving non-standard logistics cases.

For the last 12 years, Mikhail and his brother co-founded 3 high-tech companies: Esprito, Thin Technology, and VeeRoute.

Mike has an educational background in IT. He graduated with MSc in Computer Science from ITMO University and did postgraduate studies at Saint-Petersburg University . From 2012 to 2014 Mikhail served as a mentor at SUM IT, a tech accelerator for social entrepreneurs founded by ITMO University.

1. Create Roadmap for next 3-5 years for their company or a project;
2. Create key Milestones for this Roadmap in 6 dimensions: Management, HR, Product Management, Sales, Marketing & PR, Finance, Partners and Investors;
3. Create an analysis of the current state of their company and the interaction between all units;
