Koji’s been a designer for +17 years (+7 at Google). He’s been leading new products, features and teams. He is currently working as Lead Designer at NBU (Next Billion Users) team designing Files by Google.
At Google his job is highly focused on product strategy, including product management. He’s been focused on creating new products, leading and building lean teams and agile environments at Google.
He is a Design Sprint advocate and teaches Googlers and non-Googlers how to run Sprints.
