Session 11

LECTURE:
how to debate, persuade, and win a debate

Session 12

Practice debate – you will be teamed up in groups of two and will be assigned two opposite points of view. During class you will have the time to research the points of view (the one you have to present as well as the other person’s point of view) in order to arm yourself with the most amount of ammunition for the actual debate.

Session 13

Practice debate. You will get 15 minutes per team to debate your assigned and researched topics. The class will provide feedback on the debate, and will determine a winner. It will be recorded and as homework you have to review and improve.

Session 14
